If you would like to coach a team for CSAHA, please fill out an application (contract) along with a Consent to Treat form, a statement regarding your hockey experience and coaching philosophy and a signed coaching contract. Mailing instructions are on the application. Please contact Jim Haverstrom with any questions.

Upcoming Coaching Certification Clinics

The Rocky Mountain District will be hosting a Level Four coaching clinic. The information for the clinic is below. To take the clinic coaches must have completed clinics through Level Three. Please register online by going to www.usahockey.com and going to the coaches section.
