Registration

All CSAHA program registrations are entered and paid online. Nearly every question you have regarding registration can be answered on this page. Please read the following instructions carefully.

USA Hockey registration is a yearly requirement.  Registrations are good through the end of August of each year, however, we require the new USA Hockey number once the fall season registrations begin.  Players without a current USA Hockey registration cannot be rostered on any team.  Click here to register with USA Hockey. The USA Hockey registration number is required before continuing to register.

One parent of each CSAHA player is also required to register for the CAHA/AVS Cares Program. When registering a player with a USA Hockey and a CAHA Sanctioned Association (like CSAHA), you are agreeing to abide by the established polices/procedures which include the Parent Education Program. CAHA and the Colorado Avalanche organizations have partnered to provide this program through the CAHA/AVS Cares Program. Click here to register for this program.

CSAHA Program Registration

Registrations for CSAHA programs are completed online through our new, secure registration system. As this is a new registration system, please register as a "New User". Enter the required information for your player & yourself, and create your online account at the end of the registration process.

Prior to "checkout" you will be able to add additional players and/or programs, which will all be consolidated in your online account. You can access your online account anytime to update your contact information, view your player(s) records and make additional payments (if you chose a payment plan - your automatic payments will be reduced by the amount of your additional payment).

After your initial registration and creation of your online account, you can use the "Returning User" option for additional registrations.

If you are participating in the King Sooper Neighborhood Reward program and have unused, accrued credits - an online account will have been created for you with the details having been sent to you by email. Please use the "Returning User" option to register your player. Your accrued credits will show at the end of the registration process and will be available for you to use when you choose. (Note - credits can only be applied to registrations - you cannot receive cash back).

All participants & parents of participants under 18 yrs of age, must print & bring completed Medical History and Code of Conduct forms to the first session or practice for the program the player is participating in.
