Registration
All registrations can be accomplished and paid online. Please read the following instructions.
Returning players, your information is in our database. However, player birthdates have not been stored. When you reach the last page of registration, the page title will be "Player Registration Form".

Select 'returning player'

Click on the link "retrieve your access code" which will take you to a new page

Enter first and last name and a default birthdate of January 01, 2001

Click "Submit"

The access code will be emailed to you. If your email address has changed please send an email to webmaster@csaha.com to have it updated.
- Click on the link to "return to registration form"
Once you've received the access code:
- Enter the requested information including the default birthdate of January 01, 2001 and the access code.
- Click "Submit Access Code" - you will receive a message that "access code has been verified"
- Please update the birthdate, player position, etc. and any other information such as address, phone numbers, etc. If you have any issues please email webmaster@csaha.com.
New Players simply select "New player" and fill in the blanks!
USA Hockey yearly registration is necessary before registering for the CSAHA 2010-2011 season. Click here to register with USA Hockey. The USA Hockey registration number is required before continuing to register.
Following the player registration form are the selections for registration. Please mark the program for which you're registering and the payment you will be making. If you are simply needing to update player information select the "player update only" option.
Be sure to click 'Continue' at the bottom of the player registration form to save your registration information. You will be taken to a confirmation page to confirm your entries.
At this time you are marked as registered and will need to submit your payment via Paypal. There will be a link in the confirmation email to the payment page OR you can select "Registration" and then select the "Payments" page on the left to make payments using Paypal. Select the program for which you are registering. The "Buy-Now" button will take you to the Paypal website which is absolutely secure for payment processing.
